Song Joong Ki, 'Vincenzo' Co-stars Praised for Superb Acting by Screenwriter and Director
Director Kim Hee Won and screenwriter Park Jae Bum shared their thoughts on Song Joong Ki and his castmates', 2PM Taecyeon and Jeon Yeo Bin, excellent performance in the upcoming drama "Vincenzo."
The drama will surely deliver great fighting scenes and heart-pounding episodes as the main leads are known for their superb acting skills. Screenwriter Park Jae Bum has been doing some dark comedy in his previous projects. He even emphasized that "The Fiery Priest," "Good Manager," and "Vincenzo" have some commonality. They surely place justice in their own hands.
One thing that makes "Vincenzo" slightly different from the two projects is that justice will be given from the hands of a villain. Park Jae Bum elaborated that justice will be performed by a Mafia consigliere. This upcoming drama will have more complexity and diversity compared to the two previous ones that his approach was more on giving the audience something to laugh at.
"Vincenzo" will not be your typical hero; Rather, he is more of a villain as he brings justice in wicked ways and the process that goes with it will be unconventional. And most likely, this will be much anticipated by viewers as to how he will punish the wicked with his brutal ways since they can't be brought to justice by the system.

Park Jae Bum commended actor Song Joong Ki as he knows how to deliver precisely the climax of the story, especially the humorous part. He just carries them out effortlessly. This made Park more confident about the series as Song Joong Ki has executed them perfectly.
Park Jae Bum became amazed by Jeon Yeo Bin following her movie "After My Death" and has been longing to meet her. As he continues to work with the actress, he seems to be more impressed and said that the Jeon Yeo Bin is crazy and was born to be an actress.
Additionally, Park has already worked with Taecyon in "Good Manager" and has brought good results and even considered Taecyeon something like his lucky charm.

He added that several comedic components will be highlighted coupled with a brutal plot. The director humbly asks the audience to continue watching the drama as they have put a lot of effort into it.
Get to Know Song Joong Ki's Character in "Vincenzo"
Song Joong Ki will star as Vicenzo Cassano, an Italian Lawyer at the same time a trusted adviser of the Mafia. He was adopted when he was eight and lived in Italy afterward. He then became a consigliere to the Mafia.
When war between Mafias broke out, he flew back to South Korea. He then meets a vicious and tactless lawyer Hong Cha Young played by Jeon Yeo Bin. Cha Young is great at what she does and will always find to win any case.
The two joined forces and use sinister methods to eliminate those who are beyond the law. Eventually, Vicenzo develops feelings for Cha Young, alongside her intern Jang Joon Woo, played by 2PM's Taecyeon, will be joining them to take down syndicates.
