Meanwhile, a report from Chosun Biz stated that Singer and actor Park Jihoon has confirmed he plans to join the South Korean Marine Corps, aiming for the elite marine reconnaissance unit, and has rejected the option of joining the military band.

Speaking during a fan Q&A on KBS Kpop's YouTube channel, he emphasized that he wanted a challenging experience rather than a PR role. Park said joining the unit requires a tough exam and training, adding, "I don't want to go to an ordinary place; I want to go somewhere demanding."
