Meet the Chaotic But Reliable Geumga Plaza Squad in 'Vincenzo'
Aside from the appealing and brilliant main leads in the suspense-legal weekend series "Vincenzo," the tvN/Netflix K-drama would never be complete without its chaotic but reliable Geumga Plaza tenants.
With its intense and nerve-racking episodes, the humor and slapstick comedies always come about in a balanced and synchronized ways. Even before Vincenzo Cassano (Song Joong Ki) arrived in the Geumga Plaza, its residents already had their own small world.
But who would have thought that from doubting Vincenzo before, they are now in full-blown support for Mr. Cassano?

The residents also had the chance to use their talents while cooperating diligently to Vincenzo and Hong Cha Young (Jeon Yeo Bin) during their difficult times.

Mr. Pawnshop
The owners of Mr. Pawnshop, Lee Cheol Wook (Yang Kyung Won) and Jang Yeon Bin (Seo Ye Hwa), may be quarreling almost every day, but these two had proveN their love for Vincenzo multiple times alread, just like when two robbers went inside Vincenzo's apartment. Without hesitation, they fearlessly fight against them.
Plus, Jang Yeon Bin even gave Vincenzo two packs of ramen. Who wouldn't love that?!
Jeil Dry Cleaners
Tak Hong Sik (Choi Duk Moon), a meticulous and strict owner of his own shop, has been doing the same thing for years, which is why he is already equipped in everything that involves clothes.
When Vincenzo and Hong Cha Young were about to go on their first trial, Tak Hong Sik offered his free service to them. Isn't he sweet?
From being cold to Vincenzo, Mr. Tak was able to show sweet gestures even in a simple way.
Yeongho Snack Bar
Of course, the ever-chaotic relationship of mother and son, Kwak Hee Soo (Lee Hang Na) and Kim Young Ho (Kang Chae Min)! In a way, Vincenzo may be secretly envious of the two as he has a bitter memory of his own mom.
Vincenzo loves to visit the snack bar for tteokbokki. He just enjoys how Kwak Hee Soo makes it for him. On the other hand, Kim Young Ho, a hard-headed student and son of Mrs. Kwak had changed his life for the better. Since Vincenzo saw him smoking with his friends and almost beat them up to discipline them, the young man promised to do other things and quit smoking.
One funny thing about them was when Vincenzo was walking along the corridor of the Geumga plaza, in the middle of the night, and he heard something weird. When he was about to look at who it was, Vincenzo freaked out when he saw a scary face in front of him and even saw himself trembling on the floor.
Not until he found out that it was Kim Young Ho, who started doing vlogs instead.
Areuno Restaurant
Chef Toto (Kim Hyung Mook), everyone, the most anxious and problematic chef everytime Vincenzo visits his restaurant to eat.
He always tries his best but seems like Vincenzo's taste for food is on a whole new level. He even told the chef that the food on his table is practicing social-distancing!
However, when the Ant Financial Management team started to make a scene inside his restaurant, Vincenzo and Hong Cha Young immediately saved him and the rest of the squad.
Also, this is something you shouldn't miss: Chef Toto has a new recruit in town, An Ki Seok (Lim Chul Soo), the man who is (whipped) fond of following Vincenzo to prove his identity as a mafia lawyer.
Nanyak Temple
Monk Chaeshin (Kwon Seung Woo) and Monk Jeokha (Ri Woo Jin), the calmest of them all. They may be the quiet type of people who always pray inside their temple, but they are ready to fight and protect the Jipuragi team.
The Artists
Larry Kang (Kim Seol Jin) and Seo Mi Ri (Kim Yoon Hye), the two artists who loved dancing and playing the piano, who are very supportive of Vincenzo. And of course, Seo Mi Ri is attracted to Mr. Cassano.
At this point, indeed, we owe it to the Geumga Plaza squad for giving colors to every scene. From being an enemy to becoming a family, Vincenzo found a new home that will probably make him stay.
