Song Hye Kyo is truly one of the most beautiful women in Korean entertainment industry. People even now find it ridiculously cool that as she ages, the better she even looks.

The same actually goes for her physique, which seems unnatural to many since people know that when aging starts, metabolism slows.

What are the "Descendants of the Sun" star's secrets then?

Looking at Song Hye Kyo's pictures over the years, it is easy to see that she has been a beauty ever since. But some of her old photos showed her on the chubbier side since she was still very young when she started out in showbiz. Not only did she lose all these baby fats, she now looks so much fitter at 39 years of age than ever.

Drink 3 Liters of Lemon Water Every Day

According to some reports, Song Hye Kyo also has an effective weight loss formula that everyone can certainly with ease (at least relatively) - drinking 3 liters of lemon juice on daily.

If that sounds too sour for you, then you just have to look at the star's figure to be inspired. Is it healthy though?

She often mixes 1/2 lemon with 1 liter of water and will drink up to 3 liters of this wonderful concoction every single day.  

Of course, you should also be wise enough to ask your dietitian's opinion about this.

While there are research and reports to back up the wonders of lemon water, one should still proceed with caution and determine if your body can take that kind of regimen in the first place. 

Eat Moderately and Exercise More

This is a no-brainer, but Song Hye Kyo does not deprive herself. Given her busy schedule, not eating would do more harm than anyone would want for her.

Therefore, she spaces out her intake of food throughout the day, based on how busy she'll be. Then she reduces the calories that her body would have to sustain if she eats and eats, by exercising and exercising some more. 

There's one report that claims whenever she eats a lot in a given day, she just compensates by exercising 15 minutes more.

Also, she is very mindful of what she does eat. While she does not obsess over the amount, she makes sure that her food intake includes only the healthy stuff and none of the bad ones such as junk food and soda. Maybe this is where the part we all groan.

According to Shape Singapore, the actress eats tomatoes, berries, eggs, dark chocolate, tuna, and green, leafy vegetables. These are not meant only to keep her in shape.

Instead, these foods are also rich in anti-oxidants, which explains why her skin looks flawless and age seems to be just truly a number for her. They're also the foods that make sure she can keep diseases at bay, regardless of how crazy her schedule can get.
