‘Running Man’ Cast Bids Humorous Farewell to Lee Kwang Soo
During the broadcast of "Running Man" last May 30, the cast's reactions towards the news of Lee Kwang Soo leaving the show was featured and they offered the best farewell.
"Running Man" Cast Continues to Tease Lee Kwang Soo Before He Leaves the Show
In one of their challenge segments, "The Tact Race," the cast started to call Lee Kwang Soo to ask where he would be having his breakfast. Yang Se Chan was the first one to call Lee Kwang Soo, followed by Yoo Jae Suk, and Song Ji Hyo, and instead of mentioning their first task, the members all asked the same question: "You are leaving the show?"
The actor and host Lee Kwang Soo can't help but to laugh at his co-stars for mentioning his departure during the broadcast. He replied to each of them saying "Why are you guys talking about the same thing? What does my departure have to do with the choice?"
Their first challenge was to look for a restaurant where they can have their breakfast in, the members who will be in the same resto would get the least coins. It turned out that Lee Kwang Soo, Yoo Jae Suk, Haha, Kim Jong Kook, and Yang Se Chan all ended up in the Chinese restaurant.
The said episode was filmed last May 24 and a day before the "Running Man" members proceed for the shooting, that was the day where the news articles about Lee Kwang Soo's departure was released on the online community.
Instead of having an emotional farewell for one of their beloved cast members, Yoo Jae Suk, Kim Jong Kook, Yang Se Chan, Haha, Song Ji Hyo, Ji Suk Jin, and Jeon So Min acted the same as usual and made jokes.

Yoo Jae Suk and "Running Man" Cast Start to Drop Names of Who to Include in Their Group
Most of the time, Lee Kwang Soo gets angry because of the cast that keeps on pestering him, and even though the theme of the episode was about his farewell, nothing has changed about their actions towards each other.
Even in the middle of their shooting, the cast funnily talked about Lee Kwang Soo and playfully pretended to be sad and decided to give all their coins to Lee Kwang Soo since he is leaving soon. They also made impromptu acrostic poems with the word 'ha-cha' (stepping down).
Meanwhile, Yoo Jae Suk made everyone laugh when he mentioned who to add as their newest member, "If we should include a new member, it will be Cha Eun Woo." HaHa said it should be Cha Tae Hyun, Yang Se Chan wanted Cha In Pyo. And after teasing who to add in their group, Lee Kwang Soo funnily burst out his emotions and said "Stop it!".
The "Running Man" cast and crew had a humorous farewell for their member Lee Kwang Soo. He made lots of memories with the show and viewers, his presence will surely be missed by everyone.
