The 40-year-old actor continued to impress the viewers not just with his astounding portrayal of Dr. Yang Seok Hyung but also his singing skills.

It came after tvN recently announced that the South Korean actor made his version of the hit song "Autumn Outside The Post Office," flaunting his soothing and charming voice that complimented the track's melody.
Over the broadcast network's official Instagram, it shared that Kim Dae Myung's version of the song was the second OST for "Hospital Playlist 2."
This was also played in "Hospital Playlist 2" episode 2's band session.
"The warm theme song is sung by Seok Hyung and his heart. Second OST theme release!" the caption reads.
To recall, "Autumn Outside The Post Office" was originally sung by singer-songwriter Yoon Do Hyun in 1994.

Several users lauded the 40-year-old actor's singing skills and expressed how proud they are for the "Hospital Playlist 2" cast.
On the other hand, an individual even wished that all five lead stars would have their own track.

Following the success of the highly anticipated comeback of "Hospital Playlist" for its second season, the hit medical K-drama has been dominating the chart and creating a buzz on social media.

According to Good Data Corporation, "Hospital Playlist 2" climbed up to the second spot next to SBS' drama "Penthouse 3" which remains unbeatable as the most buzz-worthy drama.
On the other hand, the medical K-drama's viewership continues to soar in terms of ratings.
Based on the recent report cited by Nielsen Korea, "Hospital Playlist 2" viewership rating garnered an average nationwide rating of 10.1 percent, making the drama beat its personal best.
To recall, the premiere hit a record-breaking viewership rating of 10 percent, which is said to be the highest figure for any tvN drama premiere.
Yang Seok Hyung and Chu Min Ah
Amid the good standing for the popular Thursday drama, fans were all hooked to the heartwarming moments of Lee Ik Jun (Jo Jung Suk,) Ahn Jung Won (Yoo Yeon Seok,) Kim Jun Wan (Jung Kyung Ho,) Chae Song Hwa (Jeon Mi Do) and of course, Yang Suk Hyung (Kim Dae Myung.)
Aside from the group's extraordinary lives and stories inside Yulje Medical Center, "Hospital Playlist" season 2 also features the budding romance between the obstetrician-gynecologist and his resident Chu Min Ah.
In the latest episode, Dr. Yang gets honest with his ex-wife and tells her that he feels uncomfortable having dinner and coffee together.
With this, fans are looking forward to whether he will warm up to Min Ah, who recently confessed her feelings.
