It came after one staff member tested positive for the deadly virus, and because of this, the filming session had to be delayed to protect the safety and health of the staff and crew.

"One of the staff tested today with a corona self-test kit and found a positive case. The filming was canceled, and all those present at the scene went to the screening clinic to perform Corona PCR. I was tested."

In addition, the official also noted that those waiting for the results stayed at a specific dormitory adding that the management will release a statement once the results come out.

Fortunately, "High Five" cast Yoo Ah In and Ra Mi Ran were not present on the shoot.

Korean Remake "Money Heist" and "Bogota" Delays Filming

The action fantasy film directed by Kang Hyung Chul is the latest movie who have announced that they will be suspending filming due to COVID-19.

Earlier this month, Song Joong Ki's movie "Bogota" halts its production for the second time after the "Vincenzo" star came in close contact with an acquaintance who tested positive for the virus.

Luckily, the South Korean heartthrob tested negative but is still required to self-isolate.

After days in isolation, Song Joong Ki's agency revealed that the A-lister has completed its quarantine period and will be resuming the production of the upcoming K-movie.

In addition to the list of Korean movies and shows who postponed their production due to spiking cases of the virus is the Korean remake of Netflix's "Money Heist."

Just like in "Bogota: City of the Lost," the upcoming series also suspends its filming after one cast came in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19.

This is to comply with the protocols as well as the safety of the whole team.
