"Penthouse 3" on Its Final Season

The most talked-about suspense thriller drama continues to dominate the charts with its high viewership ratings.

Since the premiere of "Penthouse 3: War in Life" on June 4, it has sustained its reign as the most buzzworthy drama for weeks; unfortunately, "Hospital Playlist 2" recently stole the top spot.

Despite this, the SBS drama remained the most-watched Friday program, not to mention the buzz it created online as netizens spoke about the intriguing character development and the surprising revelation that the K-drama offers.

Now that the trilogy is in its final season, rumor has it that "Penthouse 3" might be extended with one more episode.

In early July, Osen cited that the production team had been discussing the possibility of having a one-episode extension.

At the time, a source from a broadcasting industry revealed to the publication that "there was a proposal to extend "Penthouse 3" to 13 episodes," adding that "nothing has been revealed about the exact ending so far."

Initially, the drama alongside the actors has signed to appear in 12 episode drama.

Following the issue regarding the possible extension of "Penthouse 3" War in Life," a representative from the drama shared to MyDaily, that "nothing has been decided regarding a one-episode extension from the original 12 episodes to 13 episodes."

"Penthouse 3" Highlights
