One of South Korea's national treasures, IU, becomes the global brand ambassador for the famous sports brand New Balance!
The "My Mister" star IU recently displayed her sporty and chic style in the latest pictorial with the famous brand New Balance.
Known as a multi-skilled celebrity - from acting to singing and more - it's safe to assume that the "LILAC" singer often has busy schedules. Nonetheless, IU knows how to perfectly balance her career and lifestyle.

This is why there is no doubt that she has been declared the global ambassador for New Balance. Going out of her comfort zone had become part of her journey, and now that the "Hotel Del Luna" actress is collaborating with a new brand, New Balance is expected to attract more consumers.
New Balance Welcomes IU as Global Ambassador for "We Got Now" Campaign
IU recently started the "We Got Now" campaign and will promote the global M of New Balance in several countries.
Through her years of experience working in entertainment, from being the best singer to becoming one of the highly-anticipated actresses of today, IU has evidently built a great image in and outside South Korea.
The New Balance global ambassador shared, "Working with New Balance is special for me since I am really a fan of this brand. They always have their creative ways on how to tell their own stories and interest to people. And being selected as their new model shows that they really listened to my story and journey as an artist."
In addition, the singer-actress also said that she is confident in the message of the theme "Patience is a Virtue" that New Balance previously released because she can relate to it.
IU remarked, "Looking at the messages that New Balance has shown recently, I can see that they are interested in individuals who are confident in pursuing their dreams, and are also interested in environmental and social issues."
She continued, "I decided to work with New Balance because I am confident that I can deliver this message to the world."
IU feels optimistic about starting a new partnership with New Balance.

Meanwhile, Marketing Director of New Balance APAC, Stephen Roach shared, "We are very delighted to welcome IU in our family. She has a variety of talents that are perfectly in line with the campaign that we are about to start promoting."
He added, "Without fear of taking on New challenges, IU shows the brand philosophy of Balance well. The way she consistently strives and takes care of people around her projects her as a good leader to the individuals of the same age."
Their new collaboration is scheduled to appear in ten countries in Asia such as Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
IU also shared some snaps on her Instagram account showing the purple cake that the New Balance family sent to her.
