After putting care on her skin, Ho Yeon revealed that in order to maintain a slender body, you must  arrange and perform a regular exercise everyday. It is one of her secrets why she immediately lost weight. Jogging and yoga are two of the common gentle exercises that can build someone's body. Even with how much food you eat, you will not be conscious of gaining weight.
