(G)I-DLE Miyeon talked about learning action stunts for her new drama "Delivery" alongside "Penthouse" star Lee Tae Vin, Z.Flat (Choi Hwan Hee), and Kim Jae Woon.
The drama follows the story of Kwak Doo Sik, played by Miyeon, a skilled martial artist who works as a delivery worker, and Do Ki Hwan, played by Lee Tae Vin, the head of the delivery agency who embark on a quest on finding Doo Sik's mother but stumbling across aliens who want to take over the Earth.

The singer and actress shared her experiences in preparing for the drama. According to her, she enrolled in an action school to learn how to film action scenes.
She said, "They made me do a lot of warming up exercises. Because of that, I gained a lot of stamina. I really thought I am someone who isn't meant to take on an action role, but at that moment, I was focused on working hard."
Miyeon also shared why she took on the role despite being hesitant at first. After reading the script, the "Replay" actress thought about it for a bit, but her members who heard about it encouraged her to pursue the role.
"The stunt director also complimented me, which gave me a lot of confidence. I also want to help other people during the time of pandemic so I said yes to the role," she continued.

"Delivery" is produced by KGC, a platform that represents market development and promotes revitalization of small businesses. The singer and actress decided to appear in the drama with the pure intention of helping local businesses that are having difficulties due to COVID-19.
Lee Tae Vin On His New Acting Role in 'Delivery'
The rising star recently completed his role in the hit SBS melodrama "Penthouse," where he played a character with an evil heart.
However, in his upcoming drama with Miyeon, he will take on a role that is widely different from his "Penthouse" character.
Lee Tae Vin described his character, saying, "Ki Hwan is a character who has a lot of charms, and I couldn't wait to show a new side of me that I have never shown before."

"I'm naturally kind, you know? I don't even have to act this time around," he jokingly added.
In particular, rapper Z.Flat, the son of the late actress Choi Jin Shil, said, "I was very worried when I first read the script. I don't know how I could pull the role perfectly, but the director gave me a lot of good ideas."
"I had a lot of concerns about trying acting for the first time, but it is a drama that will help people during COVID-19 so I decided to participate in it," he added.
Moreover, "Deliver" consists of eight episodes and it will be available on the YouTube channel Space Delivery starting from November 12.
