Song Joong Ki
Brilliant actor Song Joong Ki played as Ku Yong Ha, and "Sungkyungkwan Scandal" was his first historical drama where he showcased his charms. After this, more doors opened for the then rookie star.
Eventually, he landed a lead role in KBS' "Innocent Man," alongside Moon Chae Won.
After his notable performance in his previous drama, the 36-year-old actor continued to build his name, and today, he's one of the sought-after stars in South Korea.
His record-breaking series "Descendants of the Sun" in 2016 was one of the big breaks in his career where he bagged multiple awards for his outstanding performance.
