"Single's Inferno" participant Song Ji Ah talks about being scouted as an idol and her experience in the Netflix reality dating show.

As some fans would know, the 24-year-old stunner is a beauty content creator on Youtube and to celebrate her milestone for achieving 1 million subscribers; she held a Q & A session answering questions from fans.

In a sit-down vlog, Song Ji Ah, also known as Free Zia in the Youtube community, recalled her experience after an agency recruited her to become an idol.

In Song Ji Ah's Youtube video, she shared that she is the type of person who seizes the day and grabs whatever opportunity is in front of her.

"I am someone who is always open. I am someone who always grabs onto the opportunities that come my way. What I really want to do is make my own brand," she said.

However, when someone asked her if there was ever a time that an agency courted her to become an idol or wanted to become one, the South Korean beauty confessed that she was asked to become an idol "multiple times."

Interestingly, Song Ji Ah has reasons why she has to decline the offer.

"To be honest, I don't like singing. I didn't want to do it. I have a personality that does everything I want to, but I don't think singing and dancing is for me," she explained.

Before coming in the "Single's Inferno," Song Ji Ah, aka Free Zia, is known in the Youtube community, but she became one of the crowd favorites in the Netflix reality dating program due to her visuals and doll-like features.

Moreover, some even compared her beauty to BLACKPINK's Jennie because of their facial features.

Is 'Single's Inferno' Scripted? Song Ji Ah Says 'It's Not'

Released on December 18 with eight episodes, "Single's Inferno" is the first South Korean dating reality show that featured nine participants stuck on a deserted island to find a genuine connection and love.

Hosted by Lee Da Hee, Super Junior's Kyu Hyun, Hong Jin Kyung, and Jung Han Hae, they evaluate the participants based on their interaction towards one another.

Interestingly, the main contestants include Choi Si Hun, Kim Hyun Joong, Moon Se Hoon, Oh Jin Taek, Kim Jun Sik, Cha Hyun Seung, Kang So Yeon, Shin Ji Yeon, An Yea Won and Song Ji Ah.

As her sit-down vlog continues, the 24-year-old content creator turned celebrity answered questions relating to "Single's Inferno."

One fan asked her regarding rumors that the show is scripted, to which she replied "no," adding, "We're not even actors, so how do we act?"

Moreover, she also revealed that the participants could do and say whatever they pleased and mentioned that "there is absolutely no script" despite the drama and tension on the island.
