'Bulgasal: Immortal Souls' Episode 12 Recap: Should Min Sang Un Trust Dan Hwal?
Following the incident involving Okay Eul Tae, Dan Hwal, and Min Sang Un decided to locate the bulgasal.
Unfortunately, since Hwal also lost a lot of blood, finding the Dark Hole will be too dangerous for him, and he decides to take a rest.
On the other hand, she got a call from Min Shi Ho asking her if they are okay, but she also reminded her sister to be careful around Hwal and not to trust him fully.
It came after Min Shi Ho saw Dan Hwal in her vision covered with blood, hinting at an encounter with either her sister or Okay Eul Tae.
However, she assured her that Dan Hwal wouldn't hurt him and return safely.

Dan Hwal Confronts Min Sang Un
While everyone is settled at their new place, Dan Hwal took the opportunity to clear things with Min Sang Un.
He recalled the things she said during his encounter with okay Eul Tae and asked her, "do you like me?" which surprised Sang Un.
Instead of fully admitting how she feels about him, Sang Un reminds Hwal that he is a good person for taking care of MIn Shi Ho, Nam Do Yoon, and the rest of them.
Surprisingly, she also apologized for making him suffer for the past 600 years.
Lastly, she also tells Dan Hwal to live an ordinary life with his son, Do Yoon. This conversation with Min Sang Un changed how he sees her.
Lee Hye Suk Begs Dan Hwal Not to Sacrifice Himself
With Dan Hwal slowly shifting his plan to end Om Eul Tae's evil plan, Lee Hye Suk learned how Dan Hwal wanted to sacrifice his life for Min Sang Un.
To recall, Okay Eul Tae's goal is to kill Sang Un, but he can't kill Dan Hwal because their lives are connected; however, he is willing to give up his life to save Min Sang Un and the rest from OK Eul Tae's revenge.
Unfortunately, his plan made Lee Hye Suk upset and confronted him about this.
She tells the bulgasal to kill Min Sang Un this instant and not to sacrifice himself for the sake of her.
However, Dan Hwal explained that she is the only family of Min Shi Ho, who is Dan Sol, his wife in his past life, but Ms. Lee insists that Dan Hwal is the only family she has.
"You are my only family," she said, recalling how he saved her from the burning house and became his father.
"As I became older, you became an uncle, then an older brother and now that I am older to you, you became my son," she said.
Holding his hand, Ms. Lee begs Dan Hwal to stay, but in Dan Hwal's eyes, she sees her as the young orphan she saved from the fire years ago.
Min Shi Ho's Vision
In "Bulgasal: Immortal Souls" episode 12, Min Shi Ho saw a vision involving Dan Hwal and Min Sang Un's plan.
The duo asked Shi Ho a favor to retrieve their memories 1,000 years ago, but instead of seeing their past, she encountered a warning.
The young Ms. Lee warned her not to look into their past as it would only bring chaos and death to everyone, which stunned both Sang Un and Hwal.
Dan Hwal Finds Okay Eul Tae in the Woods
As episode 12 continues, Dan Hwal was able to trace the location of OK Eul Tae and found him in the woods looking like a corpse since he lost a lot of blood.
He begs him to leave Min Sang Un alone, but Ok Eul Tae has a different point of view.
Dark Hole tells him that he should not be swayed by Min Sang Un and let him kill her, but she still chooses to look after Sang Un after learning that he instructed one of his men to kill her.
Fortunately, Sang Un escaped but ended up getting stabbed near her shoulder.
Meanwhile, Ok Eul Tae managed to get his strength back by murdering his assistant, who failed to kill Sang Un.
Unfortunately, as Hwal tried to help her recover, Sang Un saw a vision of Dan Hwal in her past life.
It was when Dan Hwal, who turned to bulgasal, stabbed her right in her shoulders, causing her to die.
"I will be born again with this scar that you have given me," and saw his face smirking while covered in blood.
Hwal entered the room to check on Sang Un, but she stabbed him and asked him who he really was and his motives?
