On February 9, tvN's new series "Twenty Five, Twenty One" finally had press conference. Its stars Kim Tae Ri, Nam Joo Hyuk, WJSN's Bona, Choi Hyun Wook, and Lee Joo Myung were all present, along with director Jung Ji Hyun.
The cast talked about their chemistry and the experiences they had while filming the drama.
Lead star Kim Tae Ri, who is just returning on the small screen after almost four years following "Mr. Sunshine," out raised eyebrows from many. Her outfit, a yellow shirt paired with low waisted lengthy black skirt, seemed it was not everyone's cup of tea.

Though she looks bright with her top, some expressed disappointment in Kim Tae Ri's fashion style. Others pointed out her low-waisted skirt made her look skinny.
In a report cited by Star1, they included some comments from netizens saying, "I like your usual style, but I am sad with your outfit today," while others are blaming Kim Tae Ri's stylist.

Meanwhile, the lead actress said during the press conference that she was truly immersed in the drama and in her new character. That is why sometimes, she dresses up like her character Na Hee Do.

She mentioned that with the background set in 1998, Kim Tae Ri said that the outfits and costumes they used in the drama were adapted through various old magazines and other materials to fulfill the drama's concept.
The award-winning actress also shared that whenever she dresses, she remembers Na Hee Do and tries to create her own style in her drama role.
On the other hand, since "Twenty Five, Twenty One" will be her drama comeback, Kim Tae Ri prepared a lot. She was challenged to play the role of a fencing player but eventually fell in love with the character.
The "Space Sweepers" star admitted that she tends to do everything with all her heart and made her cry and laugh because of fencing. She also revealed that she trained for fencing for six months just for the drama.
tvN's "Twenty Five, Twenty One" will finally have its much-awaited premieres this coming February 12 at 9:10 p.m. (KST). It's regular broadcast is every Saturday and Sunday.
