"Our Blues" episode 3 depicts the story of two old friends who meet each other again, realizing how different they both are from the ones they used to know.

'Our Blues' Episode 3: Choi Han Su, Jung Eun Hui Take One Trip Down Memory Lane
After rekindling their friendship, Choi Han Su (Cha Seung Won) invites his old friend Jung Eun Hui (Lee Jung Eun) to a trip to Mokpo.

Masked as a feel-good trip, Choi Han Su plans to find the best timing to borrow money from his friend during their trip in order to finance his daughter's golf expenses.
However, he didn't want to ruin his image in his old friend's imagination, so he lied about his family background and true intentions.

The two enjoyed eating cotton candies while exploring downtown, seeing how things have changed since the last time they visited.

Their good time gets interrupted as Jung Eun Hui receives endless calls from their friends back in Jeju, bringing shocking news that ruins the entire atmosphere.

While they enjoy their vacation trip, Jung In Kwon (Park Ji Hwan) and Bang Ho Sik (Choi Young Jun) constantly ring Jung Eun Hui's phone.

With Kim Myeong Bo (Kim Kwang Kyu), they break the news to Jung Eun Hui: Choi Han Su is still happily married but he is broke, dirt-poor and neck-deep in debt.

Shocked and hurt, Jung Eun Hui confronts her old friend over an expensive wine and cheese. Although embarrassed, Choi Han Su admits the things he did and the lies he told her.
Apparently, the talk didn't end well. Jung Eun Hui's heart is full of anger while Choi Han Su felt his ego and pride crumble inside him.

When Jung Eun Hui gets back to Jeju, she learns that Choi Han Su willingly resigned from his job as a bank manager with a plan to move back to Seoul.
Then she realizes how hard life must have been for her old friend that Choi Han Su couldn't even trust her with the truth.

Jung Eun Hui sets what happened aside, and tries to become a good friend to Choi Han Su once more.
She then wires him 200 million USD (approximately 8 million USD) for him and his family to start anew.

However, Choi Han Su returns the money back and tells her how grateful he was for having her in his life.
Choi Han Su returns to Seoul and reunites with his loving wife and daughter, who gave up the American dream to end their sufferings.

In a bittersweet message that Choi Han Su sent Jung Eun Hui, he promises to come back to Jeju and treat everyone to a nice meal once he gets up on his feet.
