On April 25, broadcasting company JTBC surprised many as they released an update about the K-drama "Insider." Kang Ha Neul plays the role of Kim Yo Han, a senior judicial trainee who will be entangled in an incident while doing an undercover mission that will change his life forever.
He returns to take revenge on the people who almost killed him. He is determined in catching the corrupt individuals, who are labeled as high-ranking officials.
The teaser poster contains Kim Yo Han's two personas. He stares with an unknown expression at the boundary between the prisoner and the prosecutor. He jumps into the dangerous gambling table with his strong goal of putting the evils behind bars. His tough and unwavering poker face speaks about his powerful character.

In addition, a representative from the production team shared that Kang Ha Neul's role as Kim Yo Han bravely stepped forward in a harsh world dominated only by the power and not justice.
He added, "Please look forward to how Kim Yo Han's desperate fight, which hides his true intentions and identity, will change his fate. Viewers will finally have the chance to see Kang Ha Neul's outstanding acting performance again in this series as he fully immersed himself in the role of Kim Yo Han."

Furthermore, "Insider" is expected to make its much-awaited premiere in June.
Ha Ji Won To Join Kang Ha Neul in 'Trees Die on Their Feet'
On the other hand, the award-winning actor just had a successful big-screen comeback with the action-adventure film "The Pirates 2. He worked with Han Hyo Joo, EXO Sehun, Lee Kwang Soo, ChaeSoo Bin, Kwon Sang Woo, Kim Sung Oh, Park Ji Hwan, and more.
Kang Ha Neul is also confirmed to star in another K-series, "Trees Die on Their Feet," also known as "A Tree Dies Standing." Originally, he was cast to work with Son Ye Jin and award-winning actress Youn Yuh Jung. However, on April 22, multiple media outlets revealed that Ha Ji Won will replace the "Crash Landing on You" actress in the drama.
It is also potentially scheduled to be released this 2022 on KBS2.
