Interestingly, there were no awkward moments between the two, and they even showed how close they were.
Son Dam Bi's Mother Clarifies Plastic Surgery Rumors of her Daughter
In one scene, the show featured Son Dam Bi's husband, Lee Kyou Hyuk was alone with her mom as the actress had to do her errands.
At one point, the former national long track speed skater displayed his unique closeness with his mother-in-law after she asked him if she was already old.
The former athlete then replied, "I think you're five years younger than when I first saw you." Hearing this, the mother smiled, showing satisfaction with his answer.
Continuing their conversation, Son Dam Bi's mother spoke about her thoughts on beauty enhancement.
As translated by the outlet, she said, "Everyone tells me I'm getting younger. Others say that I spent a lot of money to fix myself. Everyone has plastic surgery these days, but I don't like it," she said causing laughter among the hosts.
However, the "When the Camellia Blooms" star who was at the studio was shocked by her mother's following statement.
It came after her mom dished out plastic surgery rumors about her daughter, pointing out that she never went under the knife but had a bizarre way of improving her features.
"My daughter has a high nose, so she's suspected of having plastic surgery. My daughter didn't get a nose job. She just pressed her eyelids," Son Dam Bi's mother explained.
The singer-actress appeared embarrassed and said, "Why are you like that?"
Interestingly, the tv show also flashed a high school photo of the actress where everyone was stunned by how pretty Son Dam Bi is.

Her appearance on the show comes after her wedding to Lee Kyou Hyuk.
In January 2022, the actress announced that she was engaged to the former national long-track speed skater.

Four months later, Son Dam Bi and Lee Kyu Hyuk tied the knot in Seoul.
Although her close friends Gong Hyo Jin and Jung Ryeo Won were absent at her wedding, guests included actors So Yi Hyun, Lim Soo Hyang, broadcasters Park Na Rae, Seo Jang Hoon, Lee Ju Yeon, and After School's Kim Jung Ah.
Interestingly, model Kang Seung Hyun was the one who caught the bridal bouquet.
On the other hand, 2 AM's Jo Kwon, Seulong, and PSY entertained the guests through their congratulatory wedding song.
