On May 31, Park Bo Gum flew to Thailand to participate in a fashion show event. It was also his first activity abroad following his military service hiatus. As expected, he received a warm welcome from his fans as he arrived at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport.

According to a report, fans gathered at the airport to see the male celebrity.

In a video that went viral online, Park Bo Gum was seen arriving at the airport. He immediately and happily meeting the crowd to greet and accept gifts and letters from his Thai fans.

Despite the tight security, he made his way to meet his supporters and humbly expressed his gratitude for their love and support before he left.

Many were moved by Park Bo Gum's treatment to his fans. The place unexpectedly turned into a mini-fan meet event because of the crowd's loud cheers for the heartthrob.

​​One Thai fan shared that the "Love in the Moonlight" star has a great service to fans. Thanks to Park Bo Gum's consideration, fans were able to get an impromptu high-touch event at the airport.

Thai fans were all happy to see him despite the short time to interact with the Korean star.

Park Bo Gum joined the Navy in August 2020 and got discharged from the military in April of this year. After his first public appearance as MC at the 58th Baeksang Arts Awards last May 6, the actor is expected to finally resume his entertainment activities.

Now that Park Bo Gum is finally active again in entertainment activities, it is expected that the actor will become busier in the upcoming months.

After his sci-fi movie "Seobok" in 2021, the K-drama heartthrob will reunite with Gong Yoo in the soon-to-be-released film "Wonderland." Top stars Suzy, Jung Yu Mi, Tang Wei, and Choi Woo Sik are also part of the cast lineup.

Though there is no confirmed release date yet, "Wonderland" is said to premiere in the second half of this year.
