'Yumi's Cells 2' Episode 5 Highlights: Yumi Accidentally Meets Goo Woong
Episode 4 hints that Kim Yumi and Goo Woong met after her ex-boyfriend turned out to be the buyer of her appliance.
Of course, it shocked the duo since they hadn't met in years.
To recall, the last time they saw each other was when Goo Woong handed the break-up card to Yumi.
Since Yumi told Yoo Bobby she would only be away for a few minutes, she had to say goodbye to Goo Woong.
Following the encounter, it became obvious that Goo Woong was affected by seeing Yumi.
"Yumi's Cells 2" also recalls Goo Woong and Yumi's break-up story.
At the time, his start-up company struggled to stay afloat, and he didn't tell Yumi about it because of his pride. To recall, one of Goo Woong's active cells is his pride.

Goo Woong Surprised with Yumi's Confession
In "Yumi's Cells 2" episode 5, Yumi got honest with Goo Woong.
After meeting with Goo Woong, she called him to meet her again. Yumi's cells thought she still had lingering feelings towards Goo Woong and might leave Yoo Bobby because of it.
Meanwhile, Goo Woong was surprised to see that Yumi was calling but eventually agreed to meet her again.
Of course, seeing Yumi made Goo Woong very happy, but his emotions were flipped after he talked to Yumi.
Kim Yumi handed Goo Woong an old poster from her apartment. She tells Goo Woong that she sent it to his house but it got returned. Since she had no way to give it back, so she held onto it.
For Goo Woong, he says it felt like a Christmas gift, and it was nice that Yumi kept it.
When asked about how she was, Yumi got honest and told him that she has been dating for some time.
Goo Woong's cells were crushed since they thought he still had a chance.
Yumi also apologized for not being there for him when he shut down his company. "Yumi's Cells 2" episode 5 featured a closure between Yumi and Goo Woong.
