'Today's Webtoon' Episode 4: On Ma Eum, Goo Joon Young Go To Neon Webtoon Camp
Given the roles of webtoon producers, On Ma Eum (Kim Sejeong) and Goo Joon Young (Nam Yoon Su) join their mentor Seok Ji Hyung (Choi Daniel) in spearheading the annual webtoon camp.

To create more traffic for their team, as well as find new talents to introduce to readers, the Neon Webtoon team invites aspiring artists who have innate potential to become successful.
The event features different people from various walks of life such as former athletes like On Ma Eum, high school dropouts and even introverts who find comfort in creating stories.

The webtoon producers also invite famous writers like Pomme (Han Yul Ri), Oh Yoon (Son Dong Woon) and Baek Eo Jin (Kim Kap Soo) to share their expertise.

On Ma Eum hopes to end the event on a positive note, in order to get the company's good side. It was revealed that if the event fails, it will be the last webtoon camp before the team gets dissolved for good.
Goo Joon Young's Predicament
In the previous episode, Goo Joon Young finds himself becoming more motivated in the foreign team, thanks to On Ma Eum's kind words.
He also exerts efforts in reading the webtoons from Neon and doing his part as a webtoon producer.

However, in "Today's Webtoon" episode 4, his feelings are once again stirred as Heo Kwan Young (Ha Do Kwon), a senior in the company with a high position, asks him to sabotage the webtoon service team.
Because of this, Goo Joon Young is in a predicament, torn between staying in the team or letting the team rot so he can transfer to a much competent service planning unit.
On Ma Eum Notices Great Potential
Some aspirants who attend the event are determined to become a webtoon artist, some only find comfort in it.

In episode 4, On Ma Eum sees great potential in Sin Dae Ryug, a weird young man who only uses black and white colors in his webtoon.
Unlike many artists, he draws images that are quite triggering and questionable, and most of his characters lack emotions. Sin Dae Ryug opens up to On Ma Eum, telling that he only sees lifeless bodies at the hospital where he works.

Despite the other artists' nasty remarks, Sin Dae Ryug wants to share his webtoon to the world, showcasing his feelings through his art.

Meanwhile, On Ma Eum and Goo Joon Young grow closer through the event, even enjoying a cold can of coffee after their morning jog.
