'Today's Webtoon' Episode 3: On Ma Eum, Goo Joon Young's First Day As Webtoon Producers
After learning about the basics of what being a producer, On Ma Eum (Kim Sejeong) and Goo Joon Young (Nam Yoon Su) are deployed to their respective webtoon artists.

They are tasked to assist, look after and guide their artists in order to avoid issues, lapses and problems when it comes to their projects.
On Ma Eum is assigned to Na Gang Nam (Im Chul Soo), her favorite webtoon artist who created "Princess Gumiho."

He's a veteran artist who's quite problematic when it comes to meeting deadlines, hinting at upcoming bumps in On Ma Eum's job.

Meanwhile, Goo Joon Young becomes Pomme's (Han Yul Ri) producer. Despite being with a nice and beautiful artist, he feels extremely pathetic as the artist uses her power to boss him around, which he loathes.
Because of this, he's set to transfer to other teams or apply to other companies just to get out of the webtoon service team.
On Ma Eum's First Predicament
As a rookie, On Ma Eum only wants to do her job well. However, her artist isn't cooperating despite the deadline drawing near.
Na Gang Nam tries to flee and ignore his responsibilities after his girlfriend Ji Han Seul (Jin Ye Sol) runs away due to stress.

Thankfully, On Ma Eum convinces the artist to submit the new episode while she looks for his girlfriend.
In episode 3, On Ma Eum also does her best to run with her artist like a team, instead of pushing him alone and making him suffer silently.
Goo Joon Young's Epiphany
When his senior tells him that he's trying to run away and that there's no greater paradise, Goo Joon Young becomes confused.
Nam Yoon Su
At first, he's determined to find a new challenging job that will help him improve. As time passes by, he becomes inspired because of On Ma Eum's passion and his mentors' wise words.
He reflects on his arrogance and tries to exert effort into knowing the inner workings of the webtoon service team, even if it gets dissolved in a year or two.
