From K-dramas and movies, more K-contents are being introduced to global audiences through Netflix.

As the streaming giant delivered a wide array of choices to viewers, Netflix has confirmed a list of K-dramas that are set to return for new seasons.

While viewers enjoy the latest and current hit series such as "Little Women," "Narco-Saints" and more, here are the much-awaited sequels set to air on Netflix in the coming years.

'Squid Game 2'

Probably one of the highly anticipated K-dramas on Netflix, the Hang Dong Hyuk-directed series officially confirmed its second sequel after announcing cast members who are set to precise their roles.

In a post, the director and creator of the K-drama announced that Lee Jung Jae will return as Seong Gi Hoon alongside the Frontman, played by Lee Byung Hun.

Interestingly, viewers get to see the mysterious sales agent at the train station in "Squid Game 2" played by Gong Yoo.

Apart from the cast members, the forthcoming season will have its new villain. The sequel will feature Young Hee's boyfriend, Cheol Su as the villain.

While "Squid Game 2" is currently in the works, Netflix's "biggest show yet" is slated to air its sequel sometime in 2024.

'All of Us Are Dead 2'

From one smash-hit K-drama to another, "All of Us Are Dead" will also return for season 2.

The K-zombie series took the world by storm with its stunning visuals and interesting cast lineup.

During Netflix's Geeked Week event, officials revealed that the 12-part episode series gets a green light and is in pre-production.

At the time, the streaming giant teased fans with an intriguing announcement of "All of Us Are Dead 2."

As obtained by a report, director Lee Jae Gyoo tells HypeBeast Korea that the story of the series "was set with season 2 in mind," adding "so if season 2 comes out, it might be a little more interesting and expanded story."

Moreover, the "All of Us Are Dead" director also gave hints on what to expect with the K-drama's sequel.

"If Season 1 was a survival period for humans, there is a sense of humor, but Season 2 feels like it will be a survival period for zombies," he said.

'Sweet Home 2 and 3'

After almost two years of waiting, finally, "Sweet Home" will return with not just one but two sequels.

Netflix surprised viewers with photos showcasing the cast lineup featuring a mix of new and old cast members.

Viewers will get to see Song Kang, Lee Si Young, Park Gyu Young, Lee Jin Wook, and Go Min Si reprise their roles while Oh Jung Se, , Yoo Oh Sung, Kim Moo Yeol, and Jung Jinyoung will join the cast lineup.

'D.P 2'

Despite the controversy, "D.P" is among the series that gained an overwhelming response from the public due to its real story.

Showing off their chemistry once again is Lee Jung Jae and Go Kyo Hwan to capture the deserters together with Kim Sung Kyun as Sergeant Park Beom Gu, and Son Seok Ku as Lieutenant Im Ji Seob.

Adding to the list of cast members are Ji Jin Hee and Kim Ji Hyun playing new characters chief legal officer Goo Ja Woon and Lieutenant Colonel Seo Eun.
