"Little Forest" is a film starring Kim Tae Ri, Ryu Jun Yeol and Jin Ki Joo which delivered a healing narrative to viewers in 2018.

From its themes, cottagecore vibes to the featured delicacies, the film certainly gave joy and comfort to fans. Here's what keeps the cast busy this 2022.

Kim Tae Ri

Kim Tae Ri recently appeared in the international hit series "Twenty Five, Twenty One" with Nam Joo Hyuk.

She played the role of a gold medalist fencer who falls in love with a reporter in the '90s. After the success of the series, she reunites with "Little Forest" co-star Ryu Jun Yeol in the sci-fi fantasy film "Alienoid."

The film grossed a total of 12 million USD, and is currently preparing to release its Part 2 in 2023.

Moreover, Kim Tae Ri is also set to headline her comeback drama "The Demon." There are no official details yet so stay tuned for more updates!

Ryu Jun Yeol

After "Little Forest," Ryu Jun Yeol appeared in many films including "Hit-and-Run Squad," which also grossed during its premiere.

The actor is last seen in the melodrama "Lost" with Jeon Do Yeon in 2021. As for his silver screen comeback, he reunited with Kim Tae Ri in "Alienoid" along with Kim Woo Bin.

It centers on the people from the Goryeo dynasty who meet the people from 2022 through a mysterious gate that opens due to an unknown phenomenon.

Apart from the second part of the film, he will also star in the upcoming works "The Owl" and "Money Game" which are both scheduled to air in the later part of 2022.

Jin Ki Joo

Jin Ki Joo is also part of the healing film "Little Forest," and has jumped on many popular works including "Midnight," "Homemade Love Story" and more.

She recently made a special cameo appearance in the office romantic comedy series "Shooting Stars" which was headlined by Lee Sung Kyung and Kim Young Dae.

Jin Ki Joo also returned to the small screen as a policewoman in "From Now On, Showtime!" opposite Park Hae Jin.

At the moment, she is gearing up for her forthcoming film "The Land of Happiness" and drama "Met You by Chance."
