After the hit K-drama "Our Blues" Cha Seung Won is having another project and will be reunited with the director who also helmed the 2021 film "Night in Paradise" where he is among the lead stars.

In a report, the actor's agency, YG Entertainment, confirmed that Cha Seung Won is courted to headline the movie and is positively reviewing the offer to join "Tyrant."

Apart from the award-winning actor, Kim Seon Ho is also rumored to join as one of the main characters.

Kim Seon's K-drama Comeback Possible Through 'Haesi's Shinru'

On the same day he is in talks to join Cha Seung Won in "Tyrant," outlets cited that the 36-year-old actor is also offered to star in a historical romance series, "Haesi's Shinru."

The upcoming K-drama is based on a popular web novel of the same name, created by Yoo Si Yoo. Interestingly, the web novel surpassed 50 million views, and the creator will also pen the script for the highly anticipated series.

Meanwhile, Kim Seon Ho is offered to play the character of Crown Prince Yi Hyang.

If the actor officially accepts the role, this will be his second historical K-drama after the 2018 hit series "100 Days My Prince" with EXO's D.O and "Little Women" star Nam Ji Hyun.

Amid the reports, Kim Seon Ho's agency briefly spoke about the rumored project saying that he "has received an offer to appear in the drama 'Hash's Shinru,' and he is positively in talks."

On the other hand, the production company Studio and New said they are "positively discussing [Kim Seon Ho's] appearance."

Besides "Haesi's Shinru" being his second historical K-drama, the upcoming series will also be his return to the small screen after "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" and the scandalous controversy that almost tainted his career.
