Apart from Queen Dowager Cho, another villain was introduced in the latest episode.
"Under the Queen's Umbrella" episode 14 starts with a flashback on Queen Yoon trying to survive along with her son.
In the drama, Master Toji, who used to be the royal physician during the time of Queen Yoon, hid the grand prince and let his son live with Queen Yoon as a decoy.
It turned out that he was the one who taught the grand prince about medicine and lived with his new identity.
At the present time, Queen Dowager Cho was suspicious about Consort Hwang's son, Prince Uiseong. She suspects that the King is not the father of the prince but the concubine insists that he is the firstborn.
Interestingly, Queen Dowager found out that Prince Uiseong's father is not King Lee Ho but royal physician Kwon.

After the physician presented three possible poisons used to the late Crown Prince, a court lady reported that a victim seemed to have the same signs similar to the royal's death.
Queen Im Hwa Ryung found out that gansu was the poison used by her son and does not react to metal; hence why it is not easily detected.
As soon as she confirmed this observation, she headed to the deposed Queen Yoon's residence; however, she noticed something odd.
Her son could walk straight and recalled Physician Kwon's walking style.
She was stunned to know that the last grand prince is none other than Kwon O Gyeong.
Here she confronted the former Queen and asked if she knew about her son poisoning the Crown Prince.
Queen Yoon got honest and said that she would not stop her son from doing it, hinting at revenge on Queen Dowager Cho.
