'May I Help You' Episode 9: Baek Dong Ju Comforts Butler Kim

In episode 9, Baek Dong Ju (Girl's Day Hyeri) sincerely offers her warmth to Butler Kim (Lee Jun Young) who blames himself for his brother's death.

Previously, it was revealed that Butler Kim was a doctor who gave up on everything after losing his younger brother.

To make things worse, Butler Kim's ex-girlfriend Tak Chung Ha (Han Dong Hee) reappears in his life to try to win his heart over again.

Baek Dong Ju pretends that it was nothing wrong but Tak Chung Ha's presence truly made her feel uneasy, especially with her growing feelings for Butler Kim.

Tak Chung Ha Returns

Meanwhile, Butler Kim also gets confused. Though he shows his chivalrous side to his ex-lover, he still draws the line and reminds her of her limitations.

Episode 9 reveals that Tak Chung Ha was the first one to give aid to the assailant of Butler Kim's younger brother. Because of the guilt she felt, she decided to break up with him.

With this, Butler Kim has quit his job as a doctor and learned to live a simple life, enduring the hardships to show remorse.

As Butler Kim and Tak Chung Ha reconcile, Baek Dong Ju feels like she's about to lose her mind. Before the ex-girlfriend appeared, she was adamant to confess her true feelings for his business partner.

However, the appearance of Tak Chung Ha made everything complicated. Because the two are each other's first loves, Baek Dong Ju felt she didn't stand a chance.

Baek Dong Ju Bravely Confesses Her Feelings

In particular, Baek Dong Ju meets her new client Park Seo Rin (Jo Ah Yeong) whose last wish is to convey her romantic interest for her senior.

Park Seo Rin said that it doesn't matter if the feelings aren't reciprocated, what matters the most is that her valid feelings were recognized by the man she loves. This seems to wake Baek Dong Ju up in her trance.

She then decides to be more honest, and runs to Butler Kim's place. She sees him going towards Tak Chung Ha.

With much courage, Baek Dong Ju grabs him by his arm and confesses how much she likes him, saying that he shouldn't go back to her again.
