The entertainment squad of "Shooting Stars" namely Kim Young Dae, Lee Sung Kyung, Yoon Jong Hoon, and more are making their return this 2023 with exciting dramas.

Kim Young Dae

The newest Korean heartthrob Kim Young Dae entered 2023 with his ongoing series "The Forbidden Marriage." It is also his first sageuk since he made a debut in acting. He has also been crowned an Excellent Actor at the 2022 MBC Drama Awards for his performance in the historical series.

Thanks to his consistent and delicate acting in his previous projects, Kim Young Dae is expected to attract more dramas and movies too-in the upcoming months. Apart from acting, the actor continues to exhibit the inner fashionista in him as he graces multiple magazine covers.

Lee Sung Kyung

Her much-awaited drama "Dr. Romantic 3" is finally premiering this year. After almost three years of waiting since it concluded, the drama's third season starring the same cast is ready to meet the viewers starting in April.

Aside from the medical series, Lee Sung Kyung will headline the romance drama "Call It Love" alongside Kim Young Kwang. Though there is no confirmed date for its release yet, it is speculated that it will air in the first half of 2023.

Yoon Jong Hoon

The charming and ever-considerate manager Kang Yoo Sung in "Shooting Stars" will make a character transformation in his upcoming mystery series "The Escape of Seven." It features the story of 7 individuals-who get involved in a lady's disappearance case and face an explosive incident.

Yoon Jong Hoon takes the role of Yang Jin Mo, a CEO who seems gentle, but once provoked, his anger explodes, and nobody can stop him. This project is also his reunion drama with "Penthouse" co-stars Uhm Ki Joon and Shin Eun Kyung.

"The Escape of Seven" is scheduled to premiere in August on SBS.

Kim Yoon Hye

The actress is booked to join the cast of the upcoming Netflix series "Goodbye Earth" alongside Yoo Ah In, Ahn Eun Jin, and Jeon Sung Woo.

Different from her bubbly role in "Shooting Stars," Kim Yoon Hye will transform into a commander of a combat support battalion, named Kang In A. She regularly visits Woongchun City, which has been ruined, to provide security and supplies transport.

Kim Dae Gun

Veteran actor Kim Dae Gun just finished his drama "Alchemy of Souls." But he made an immediate comeback through the JTBC series "Agency," which just premiered on January 7. He plays the character of Kwon Woo Chul, part of the VC Planning Team handled by Go Ah In (played by Lee Bo Young).

Girl's Day Soojin appeared in "May It Please The Court" and the recently concluded series "Alchemy of Souls."

Lee Si Woo made her fashion debut in the Netflix series "The Fabulous." After "Shooting Stars," Jin Ho Eun participated in the Disney+ drama "Revenge of Others." Meanwhile, Shin Hyun Seung starred in tvN's "Behind Every Star."
