‘Single’s Inferno 2's’ Jo Yoong Jae Reveals Surprising Truth About Team-Up With Kim Jin Young Against Choi Jong Woo
Jo Yoong Jae set the record straight behind the controversial scene in "Single's Inferno 2," which includes fellow contestants Kim Jin Young and Choi Jong Woo.
12 stunningly hot and gorgeous participants went to the island called inferno to find love and genuine connection.
The second season comprises of Park Se Jeong, Choi Seo Eun, Shin Seul Ki, Choi Jong Woo, Jo Yoong Jae, Kim Han Bin, Kim Se Jun, Shin Dong Woo, Lee Nadine, and three newcomers Kim Se Jun, Kim Jin Young, and Lim Min Su.
Besides the surprising finale, one of the highlights in "Single's Inferno 2" is the second male challenge which includes wrestling inside the sand pit.
The female contestants and also viewers saw how intense the battle is. At one point, the scene featured Jo Yoong Jae teaming up with Kim Jin Young to go against Choi Jong Woo.
As seen in the episode, Jong Woo held out until the end, during the final round; interestingly, Jo Yoong Jae was declared the winner while the first runner-up was Choi Jong Woo leaving Kim Jin Young in third place after he lost his balance and accidentally got out of the pit.
Due to this, viewers were furious about Yoong Jae's actions calling him "snaky and rude."
Meanwhile, most netizens say they feel bad for Jong Woo.
Jo Yoong Jae Shares What Happened Behind the Scenes During the Challenge
After the season wrapped up, Jo Yoong Jae explained the reason for teaming up with Kim Jin Young.
As obtained by a media outlet, he shared that it's not about supporting a particular person and explained, "I wanted to help everyone, but it's impossible to make a choice that satisfies everyone."

He also pointed out that not everything was seen during the episode and some of it was not included in the episode.
One of which is his friendship with Shin Seul Ki saying that he thought that she liked Jin Young so he wanted her and Jin Young to have a chance to experience paradise again.
As for the match with the public pointing out that he was harsh and violent with his opponent, he defended himself and said that he didn't attack Jong Woo.
"I only attacked Jong-Woo at the last moment. I didn't just attack Jong-Woo from the start," adding that it was not as intense as it looks in reality.
Who is Jo Yoong Jae of 'Single's Inferno 2'?
One of the three couples who left the inferno, Jo Yoong Jae is paired with Choi Seo Eun.
The 32-year-old heartthrob graduated from Hanyang University and now works at a securities firm in Yeouido, which he describes as "analyzing assets and creating private equity funds or specialized investments that institutions can invest in."
