As Netflix's "The Glory" has brought up the harsh realities, many stories from bullied victims began to appear on various online communities.

In an online community, a letter by a middle school classmate of Park Bo Gum was posted. The uploader stated in the written letter the kindness that the actor did when he was having a hard time in school.

According to the owner, he was in the same class as Bo Gum during the first year of middle school. The former student confessed that he was an outcast and a victim of bullying by their classmates. However, he was saved thanks to Park Bo Gum who became their friend.

The uploader expressed gratitude to the "Reply 1988" actor for being the only friend he had at school.

"I still remember how in high school we crossed paths, and Park Bo Gum recognized me. When he became an actor, I was so happy."

He added, "Just as how you were the only student who didn't bully me, even if the whole world is against you, I will always be on your side. I can't forget when you shared your umbrella with me when it was raining so hard. Thank you."
