‘Divorce Attorney Shin’ Episode 2: Han Hye Jin Wins Case With Cho Seung Woo's Help
In "Divorce Attorney Shin" episode 2, Shin Sung Han (Cho Seung Woo) is determined to win and convinced Lee Seo Jin (Han Hye Jin) to take her case to trial.
'Divorce Attorney Shin' Episode 2: Shin Sung Han Wins Lee Seo Jin's Case
The episode continued the divorce case of radio host Lee Seo Jin, which was already taken to court. Shin Sung Han visited her in the hospital where her son was admitted and asked why she wanted his custody. After hearing her answers, the attorney made sure not to worry.
In court, Attorney Shin questioned Kang Hee Sub (Park Jung Pyo) if he had asked his son who he wants to live with before assuming everything on his behalf. But after hearing their son's sentiments, the child answered he wants to live with his mother.
It was also revealed Kang Hee Sub forced the child to watch his mother's sex video.
Shin Sung Han revealed the truth about their son's diary and why he was traumatized by his parents' relationship. It was the argument that the child should grow up with his mom.
Lee Seo Jin won her custody lawsuit and property division. She sincerely thanked Shin Sung Han for winning the case.

However, Attorney Shin didn't look happy after he won the case. He started to drink his favorite liquor and food and listened to music to uplift his mood.
Later on, his friends Jang Hyeong Geun (Kim Sung Kyun) and Jo Jeong Sik (Jung Moon Sung) came to cheer him up by drinking and singing together. It was also revealed that Jeong Sik is going through a divorce, which hasn't been settled yet.
Shin Sung Han Encounters Potential Client
The next day, Shin Sung Han was approached by a lady asking how much it costs to divorce.
The lady lives with her mother-in-law, alongside her daughters.
They started living in her mother-in-law's house when her husband got fired from work, and had no money to support them.
She struggles living with her mother-in-law because she keeps abusing her and her daughters. Her husband knew about it but he always turns a blind eye.
Meanwhile, after Jang Hyeong Geun and Jo Jeong Suk saw what Shin Sung Han was doing in his office, they referred to someone who speculated to be the reason behind the attorney's career change from pianist to being an attorney that specializes in divorce cases.
