'The Secret Romantic Guesthouse' Episode 6: Kang San & Yoon Dan Oh Start to Show Their Blossoming Feelings

Yoon Dan Oh had doubts when Jang Tae Hwa (Oh Man Seok) interrogated Kim Si Yeol (Kang Hoon), who was presumed to be Lee Seol.

He lied about his lost son, inciting Kang San to go to the pond. While he was diligently looking for Yoon Dan Oh at the pond, the landlady found out from a letter in a bamboo tube that an anonymous scholar was being held in Jang Tae Hwa's place.

While she was on her way to Jang Tae Hwa to save Kang San, Dan Oh ran into him, who was heading somewhere. She tried to stop him as it was dangerous for him, but he insisted and aimed the bow at Tae Hwa, who was torturing Kim Si Yeol (Kang Hoon). Later on, she helped him hit the arrow, which blocked Kim Si Yeol's second torture. Jang Tae Hwa was startled by the flying arrow, and his people were shocked too.

Yoon Dan Oh and Kang San ran away from Tae Hwa's men and hid inside a small space. The young man asked Dan Oh if she knows him and if he is not afraid of him. The landlady responded, "I know. You are a watchman." An awkward silence remained between them.

Yoon Dan Oh Gave Up the 'Summer Palace'

The next day, Dan Oh met Hwa Ryeong (Han Chae Ah) and said she came to give up the Summer Palace and asked her to make accommodations so that the scholars could stay. She also announced it to the people close to her and assured them not to worry about her.

Kang San, Kim Si Yeol, and Jung Yoo Ha (Jung Gun Joo) who heard the news showed their worries about Dan Oh in the empty Summer Palace. Jang Tae Hwa, on the other hand, who received the letter from Dan Oh saying she'll be giving up the Summer Palace pondered Sang Seon's story about not searching for the landlady who knew about the watchman.

Kang San Saves Yoon Dan Oh From Jang Tae Hwa

Jang Tae Hwa gets suspicious of Dan Oh's act as she might know where the watchman and the crown prince are. He went to her place and planned to interrogate her. When he reached the place a masked swordsman flew from the roof of the hermitage and stood tall in front of Yoon Dan Oh, holding her hand. She recognized Kang San by looking at his eyes. She was relieved and Jang Tae Hwa was happy to finally see the watchman he's been looking for.
