'Dr. Romantic 3' Episode 14 Recap

The episode continued with Cha Eun Jae's decision to abandon her post in trauma center after attending a severely ill patient at Doldam. Because Dr. Ung, who is the junior of Dr. Cha, is still in his first year of residency, he wouldn't be able to pull off a tricky operation on his own.

Due to this, Cha Eun Jae thought that it was her responsibility to do the surgery herself. Unfortunately, things got busy at the center, which greatly required her specialty.

After her surgery, she was able to save a newborn patient who had been abandoned in the restroom.

In "Dr. Romantic 3" episode 14, the newborn was revealed to be the daughter of a car crash patient who has been hiding her condition from everyone, especially her father, who has cancer.

As soon as Dr. Cha Eun Jae stabilized the condition of the infant, she moved to the trauma center and was able to join the surgery with Dr. Kang.

Unfortunately, the duo had another confrontation, with Dr. Kang telling Dr. Cha that another team from the U.S. would join the trauma center.

At this point, Cha Eun Jae planned to ditch Dr. Kang through a boycott along with her senior colleague, Dr. Yang. However, Seo Woo Jin and Dr. Jung In Soo thought that this is not a good idea since patients might suffer the consequences of it.

The incident was brought to the attention of Kim Sa Bu by Director Park, who told him about the new team of doctors entering the trauma center.

However, Kim Sa Bu was not siding with anyone but showed full trust in Dr. Kang's decision. Amid this, he still reminded Dr. Kang about his mission, why he is at the trauma center, and the true mission of being a doctor.
