'Lies Hidden in My Garden' Ending Highlights

Kim Tae Hee and Lim Ji Yeon's K-drama gave viewers a surprising and unexpected ending.

Just when everyone thought that Moon Joo Ran (Lim Ji Yeon) was teaming up with her husband Park Jae Ho (Kim Sung Oh) to silence Choo Sang Eun (Lim Ji Yeon), it turned out that she helped Sang Eun survive by secretly handing her a knife.

In one of the scenes, Joo Ran interrogated her husband regarding the death of the teenage girl, and why he stopped their son from turning himself in to the police.

At this point, she realized that she was being held captive by her husband, who was manipulating her and making her blame herself from the incident that happened to their family.

Moon Joo Ran ended her ties with her husband after pushing him off the stairs. She also turned herself in to the police and pinned the death of Choo Sang Eun's husband to Park Jae Ho.

Will There Be 'Lies Hidden in My Garden' Season 2?

In the end, "Lies Hidden in My Garden" showcased a happy ending for Choo Sang Eun and Moon Joo Ran.

After serving time in prison, Joo Ran reunited with her family and lived in a stunning home with her son and mother. She also asked Choo Sang Eun if she was living the life she wanted, and told her that she was satisfied with her life. She is raising her son alone and now owns a small cafe.

While it's too early to tell if "Lies Hidden in My Garden" season 2 is possible, officials have not expressed any confirmation or possible hints regarding a sequel.
