During his latest appearance on CHANNEL A's television show "Men's Life These Days: Groom's Class," where he and celebrity friend Song Jae Hee threw a bachelor party for Shim Hyung Tak, they asked Lee Sang Woo his thoughts about marriage.

He admitted that he and Kim So Yeon "do have fights," but he handles it in a good way. Instead of clashing, Lee Sang Woo prefers to cool down at the gym.
"I usually go to the gym right before a fight starts," he said, as obtained by a media outlet, adding, "I think it's better to have time to cool down and restart the conversation when things get too emotional."
Moreover, he also joked about gaining weight when he and Kim So Yeon are "on good terms," emphasizing how great things are between him and his wife.
Lee Sang Woo Reveals Special Nickname for Kim So Yeon
During the preparation for Shim Hyung Tak's bachelor party, he revealed that he never gets to plan his wife a special event like what they are doing.
The groom-to-be asked Lee Sang Woo if he pulled off a major surprise when he proposed to her, but the "Red Baloon" star explained that he and his wife are at a point where they understand that they do not need a special event as a married couple.
Expressing that every day is a special day for them, Lee Sang Woo said, "We naturally felt that way."
On the other hand, while busy working with the decorations, the actor received a call from "Belle." The boys were curious about the caller's identity and asked Lee Sang Woo as soon as they ended the call.
He then explained that it was Kim So Yeon, and he saved her name as "Belle" from "Beauty and the Beast."
Lee Sang Woo and Kim So Yeon have been married for six years after tying the knot at a private ceremony way back in June 2017.
Their relationship started after meeting on the set of MBC's "Happy Home." The couple only went public about their relationship in September 2016, and six months later, Kim So Yeon and Lee Sang Woo announced their engagement.
Now, the celebrity couple is blessed with two children: a daughter who they welcomed in 2016 and a son in 2019.
