‘Revenant’ Episode 10: Oh Jung Se Discovers Real Culprit

Kim Tae Ri, Oh Jung Se and Hong Kyung continue to search for the criminal who knows how to stop all possessions in "Revenant" episode 10. Little do they know, the culprit is right under their noses.

Goo San Young's Starved Spirit

In "Revenant" episode 10, Yeom Hae Sang (Oh Jung Se) runs back to his grandmother's place and demands the real name of the evil spirit to stop all possessions.

However, his grandmother doesn't bother telling him. Elsewhere, Goo San Young (Kim Tae Ri), who inherited her father's cursed vision, is told to find the other objects owned by the evil spirit.

The two then meet and share their information with one another in order to come to a conclusion. They then go to an abandoned building and retrieve a glass bottle.

When Goo San Young touches it, she freezes and talks on behalf of the spirit. She then rushes to a convenience store and drinks two liters of water, indicating that the evil spirit was starved for days when they were still human.

Yeom Hae Sang realizes that he must find the final object in order to get to the bottom of the story.

Lee Hong Sae Continues To Investigate

Lee Hong Sae (Hong Kyung) continues his investigation about the possessions. He learns that Yeom Hae Sang's late father also had a burn in his wrist and had died due to starvation.

He discovers that Kim Woo Jin (Kim Shin Bi), Yeom Hae Sang's housemate, didn't die due to an accident but was murdered by Yeom Hae Sang's grandmother to keep the secret of their family.

After all of his realizations, he meets up with Goo San Young who shares everything that has happened to her in the past 24 hours.

Lee Hong Sae tells her that Goo San Young's mother is about to die, especially when the then-possessed Goo San Young signed insurance papers that will provide her money after her mother's demise.

They rush to find a way to stop the evil spirit, and finally put an end to all the possessions.

The Name of the Spirit Gets Revealed

At the end of the episode, all of their plans go to waste when the evil spirit who is inside Goo San Young sabotages it.

It is also revealed that Yeom Hae Sang's grandmother is the main criminal behind everything. Since her husband abused her, she let him die in the past.

She is the only one who knows the real name of the spirit, which keeps her immortal. The name of the spirit is Hyang Gi who's within her, making her possessed as well.
