Lee Junho Gets Candid on Friendship With YoonA
With two more episodes left before the famous rom-com series "King the Land" finish its run, Lee Junho sat for an interview to talk more about his small screen project and his undeniable chemistry with YoonA.
Forbes released the interview they had with the prominent actor on July 29. He currently plays as Gu Won in JTBC's weekend drama "King the Land."
In particular, the idol-actor talked about his chemistry with first-time on-screen partner YoonA, who portrays Cheon Sa Rang, the girlfriend of his character.
As far as the public's knowledge, the commonality between the two is they are members of second-generation idol groups.

Regarding their long-time friendship, Lee Junho and YoonA hosted the MBC Gayo Daejejeon in 2021 and 2022:
"We've known each other for more than 15 years as singers-actors, long before we hosted MBC Gayo Daejejeon together."

Admitting that they get along well because they have known each other since they were young, 2PM's Junho explained that even though he meets someone today, he can still become a good friend and colleague to anyone in any place.
Lee Junho expressed the sparks of working with YoonA as an actor.

"Both of us have experiences as singers, so we feel really comfortable with each other as colleagues and friends. However, there was a different feeling when we worked as actors on set."
He revealed that they approached the series professionally through their roles and had great time filming.

Lee Junho shared that he wanted to act in a healing series that's why he decided to choose "King the Land" as his drama comeback. He further explained his thoughts on working in a rom-com for the first time.
"People seem to enjoy romances because they can put aside their worries while watching dramas.
Rom-coms have the power to make viewers' hearts flutter and bring joy at the same time. I wanted to do something that would bring happiness and comfort to people, and happened to encounter this project."
