While "Moving" continues to attract viewers' attention with its amazing lineup and show-stopping episodes, writer Kang Full and actor Ryu Seung Beom talked about their experiences filming the series.

Released on August 9, the 20-episode made viewers hooked on every scene as Disney+ released the show's first 7 episodes all in one day.

In the first part, the K-drama narrates the characters' superpowers and a brief background regarding their superhuman strengths.

On the other hand, "Moving" episodes 1 to 7 also introduced the drama's antagonist, played by Ryu Seung Beom.

Ryu Seung Beom Accepted the Villain Role in 'Moving' Because of THIS

In an interview obtained by local media outlet Star Today, the actor revealed why he accepted the offer to portray a villain.

According to him, he was moved by the story while reading the script. What made him fall in love with the story was how the parents' love for their children was depicted.

"The setting of people with superpowers was fun, but more than anything, personally, I was touched by the parents' desire to protect their children," he said.

As mentioned by the actor, he could feel the strong emotions of the parents and was "able to sympathize more" with the characters because he is also a father.

Based on the webtoon written by Kang Full, "Moving" follows the story of 3 extraordinary high school students who inherited their superpowers from their parents.

However, these individuals are being chased down by the CIS through Frank, played by Ryu Seung Beom.

Ryu Seung Beom's Character Not Part of the Webtoon?

In "Moving," the antagonist, Frank, is a mysterious character who works for a US agency. The Korean-American poses himself as a courier who hunts down individuals with superpowers.

Despite being just like them, Frank goes on a mission to track down former agents, which include Jang Joo Won (Ryu Seung Ryong), Lee Mi Hyun (Han Hyo Joo), and Kim Doo Shik (Jo In Sung).

In addition, Frank was also the reason behind the brutal death of Jeon Gye Do's (Cha Tae Hyun) father.

However, behind the interesting and mind-boggling character of Frank, the role did not exist in the original webtoon.

According to the same outlet, Kang Full created Frank with Ryu Seung Beom in mind to play the role. Moreover, the writer also mentioned that the process of building each character was very important, including the antagonist.

Interestingly, Frank is not the only character that did not exist in the original story. Cha Tae Hyun's Lightning Man was also created for the series.

In a previous interview, Kang Full revealed that he wanted to bridge the gap between the parents and the kids; hence, Jeon Gye Do's character was born.
