'My Lovely Liar' Episode 13: Kim Do Ha Finds New Lead
In "My Lovely Liar" episode 13, Kim Do Ha (Hwang Minhyun) learns that Choi Uhm Ji (Song Ji Hyun) didn't die in her father's hands.
Choi Yong Guk (Yoon Sang Ho) reveals that Jo Jae Chan (Nam Hyun Woo) is his prime suspect as he's stalked his daughter a lot before.
After discovering that Jo Deuk Chan (Yoon Ji On) helped his younger brother escape, Kim Do Ha confronts him. However, the former denies everything.

Kim Do Ha corners Jo Deuk Chan who's also become a suspect in the murder. It turns out that his good friend had also liked his ex-lover, which created a strain in their relationship.
Elsewhere, Lee Kang Min's (Seo Ji Hoon) fellow detectives find a ring that is connected to the murder.
He reveals that it is worn by Choi Uhm Ji's killer. Due to the connection, Lee Kang Min believes that the criminal is close enough to Kim Do Ha to know where the ring is located.

Kim Do Ha Feels Huge Sense of Betrayal
To clear his name, Mok Sol Hee helps Kim Do Ha determine whether the Jo brothers are telling the truth or not. The two then strengthen their resolve, and use a machine to communicate.
Kim Do Ha summons Jo Deuk Chan as he feels his anger intensify, especially when he knows that his brother framed him up.
Jo Deuk Chan then reveals that Jo Jae Chan drove to Hakcheon Beach to turn himself in, leaving Kim Do Ha speechless. Mok Sol Hee, who's listening to them in confidence, confirms that Jo Deuk Chan's words were true.
This means that Jo Jae Chan is the real killer, and Jo Deuk Chan helped him set up Kim Do Ha which ends the episode on a bittersweet note.
