Before Lee Jung Ha captivated viewers with his character as Kim Bong Seok in "Moving," it was RAIN and Hyuna who were first to fall in love with his adorable charm back when he was an aspiring idol.

As some fans didn't know, the 25-year-old actor is an idol hopeful and one of the contestants in KBS 2TV's "Idol Rebooting Project: The Unit."

He joined the show as a trainee and managed to showcase his unique talent on stage.

As part of the evaluation round, Lee Jung Ha performed B1A4's "What's Happening." Interestingly, he surprised the judges, including RAIN and Hyuna, with an unexpected performance.

As Lee Jung Ha introduced himself, he shared that he is a newbie actor under Namoo Actors, which houses Song Kang, Lee Joon Gi, and more.

In addition, he also mentioned that his childhood dream was to become an idol, hence his participation in the reality show. Prior to this, he was cast by JYP while hanging out at the beach.

However, he has an interesting story that gained the judges attention.

Lee Jung Ha shared his realization that prompted him to leave the agency, and that is that he lacks talent as a performer.

As part of the task on the show, Lee Jung Ha managed to perform with confidence, but his singing and dancing skills were not on par with those of the other contestants. Which left RAIN to teach him a few moves on stage.

Unfortunately for Lee Jung Ha, he didn't impress RAIN with his dancing skills but surely made a mark because of his adorable smile and positivity.

"For the first time ever, I'm pleased despite the lack of talent," he said, adding, "Your singing is a bit lacking. I don't think your dancing skills need to be mentioned. But why do I like your performance? "

The snippets from the show resurfaced on the internet, which made them love Lee Jung Ha more. Others even noted that he has the same vibe as his character in "Moving."

What's Next for Lee Jung Ha?

Making his debut in 2018, Lee Jung Ha played supporting roles in various dramas like "Nevertheless" and "Run On." However, it was the Disney+ series "Moving" that became his breakthrough performance.

Since officials are yet to confirm whether "Moving" season 2 gets a green light or if Lee Jung Ha will reprise his role, The 25-year-old actor is in talks to star in the upcoming K-drama "One: High School Heroes" with Kim Do Wan and Lim Hyun Tae.
