'Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint' Reveals Star-Studded Lineup
Some of the biggest names in the Korean entertainment industry are in consideration to share the same frame as they are cast to headline the film "Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint."
According to a media outlet on October 24, BLACKPINK Jisoo is being courted to join the stellar cast of the upcoming project. Earlier this year, Lee Min Ho, Ahn Hyo Seop, Nana, Jung Sung Il, Park Ho San, Shin Seung Ho, and Chae Soo Bin were rumored to star in the movie.
Most of the names mentioned are positively considering the offer and are already coordinating the details from the production. Aside from the biggest actors and actresses to appear in the film, it was announced that "Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint" has a budget of 30 billion won (estimated $22 million).

The web novel-based movie features the story of Kim Dok Ja, whose world suddenly changes and turns into the web novel that he reads. The ongoing webtoon is receiving love and popularity from fans.
According to a source, the novel was serialized in February 2018 and already accumulated over 26 million views and is said to have changed the trend in the Korean web novel market.

BLACKPINK Jisoo is in talks to play the role of Lee Ji Hye, a main character in the novel. In addition, the idol-actress immediately showed her interest in doing the project as she is a fan of the original novel.
Her participation in the movie is already attracting attention as it will mark her silver screen debut.
Ahn Hyo Seop is considering playing the role of Kim Dok Ja, who works together with his allies to save the earth after it begins to follow the story of the novel he reads.
Lee Min Ho, on the other hand, is being offered to star as Yoo Joong Hyuk, the main character in the novel that Kim Dok Ja reads.
30 Billion Won Worth Movie to Begin Production in December
Once the production has already completed its casting, it will be followed by pre-production, and filming is expected to start in December.
It will be produced by Realies Pictures and will be helmed by "The Terror Live" director Kim Byun Woo. 30 billion won has reportedly been invested in production costs, and follow-up projects are also scheduled.
