Celebrity Couple Lee Bo Young And Ji Sung Named 2013 Actors Of The Year

A nationwide poll conducted by Gallop Korea names Lee Bo Young and Ji Sung as the 2013 Actors of the Year.

The celebrity couple, who recently got married last September, topped the list of celebrities who made waves this 2013, with Lee Bo Young ranking first place with 11% of the votes, and Ji Sung ranking second with 8.1% of the votes. 1,702 respondents aged 13 and older across South Korea were surveyed.

Lee brought waves into the acting industry with her highly successful dramas "My Daughter Seo Young" and "I Hear Your Voice", earning her several drama awards, while Ji received recognition for his acting in the drama "Secrets".

Ranking third place is So Ji Sub from "Master's Sun", fourth is Joo Won from the drama "Good Doctor" and film "Catch Me", and fifth is Lee Jong Suk from "School 2013", "I Hear Your Voice" and the film "No Breathing". Following them in sixth place is veteran actor Lee Soon Jae, who filled viewers with laughter in the variety program "Grandpas Over Flowers", while Kim Tae Hee took the seventh spot.

On eight place is Lee Min from the drama "The Heirs", while Hwang Jung Eum from "Secrets" took ninth place. Last but not the least is Kim Soo Hyun who will be returning with the drama "Man From The Stars".
