Following news regarding the rumored sequel, fans flocked to Twitter and expressed how excited they were to see more stories and possibly new cast members.

The possible sequel comes after "Strong Girl Namsoon," in which Lee Yoo Mi continues to showcase an impressive viewership rating.

From debuting with a 4.29 rating, the rom-com series jumped to an average nationwide rating of 9 percent on its 14 episodes, making it first place in its time slot across all cable channels.

As the drama series heads into its final week, viewers continue to talk about the journey of Kang Nam Soon with her family and Kang Hee Sik as they go against Doogo's CEO, Ryu Shi Oh.

What to Expect in the 'Strong Girl Namsoon' Ending

As mentioned, "Strong Girl Namsoon" is a spin-off of the hit K-drama "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon."

It focuses on the three generations of strong women who use their powers for the common good.

Lee Yoo Mi takes on the role of Kang Nam Soon, who spent her early years in Mongolia after accidentally being away from her father.

After a decade, she returns to her home country, where she meets her mother, Hwang Geum Joo, played by Kim Jung Eun, a self-made chaebol.

Interestingly, her grandmother, Gil Joong Gan, portrayed by veteran actress Kim Hae Sook, is a legend in their neighborhood and known for her extreme strength.

The story also touches on Kang Nam Soon's budding romance with police detective Kang Hee Shik, played by Ong Seung Woo, whose mission is to expose the illegal activities of Doogo's CEO, Ryu Shi Oh, played by Byeon Woo Seok.

With only two episodes left, Nam Soon has to face Ryu Shi Oh after he finally learns about Nam Soon being undercover.

Will Kang Nam Soon and her family escape Ryu Shi Oh's wrath and end the drug crime in Seoul?

Vewers get to watch the last two episode of "Strong Girl Namsoon" via JTBC and Netflix.
