On December 14, the upcoming suspense comedy show "The Killer's Shopping Mall" finally announced its official premiere, much to the fans' delight.
The drama stars Lee Dong Wook and Kim Hye Jun, and depicts the survival story of a young girl who becomes the target of suspicious killers due to the legacy left behind by her uncle who runs a shopping mall.
In the series, Lee Dong Wook plays uncle Jung Jin, a reputable father figure who loves his niece Jung Ji An, played by Kim Hye Jun.
"The Killer's Shopping Mall" is a direct spin-off to Lee Kwang Soo and Seolhyun's murder mystery series "The Killer's Shopping List," which aired in 2022.
With this, the fans who tuned in to the series are now expecting bigger from the upcoming series, especially with the participation of Hallyu superstar Lee Dong Wook.
Thankfully, the long wait is over as Disney+, which took the distribution rights for the show, announced that it will be released on January 17, 2024.
