'The Story of Park's Marriage Contract' Episode 7: Park Yeon Woo Protects Kang Tae Ha
"The Story of Park's Marriage Contract" Episode 7 begins with Min Hye Suk (Jin Kyung) planning to poison Kang Tae Ha (Bae In Hyuk) by hiring someone to tamper with his food.
This is reminiscent of what happened to Park Yeon Woo's (Lee Se Young) husband in the Joseon era, proving her Guardian Angel's statement that history is repeating itself already.
Meanwhile, it is revealed that the woman in the annex is Kang Tae Ha' mother who died and was left alone by Min Hye Suk. However, he is blamed by everyone for her demise.
Park Yeon Woo vows to protect him from his stepmother. Elsewhere, Kang Tae Ha speaks to a historian who explains that his pseudo wife came from the past.
Park Yeon Woo Faces Trouble
Min Hye Suk pushes through her plans and invites Park Yeon Woo for lunch. When Kang Tae Ha finds out about this, he drives to their brunch date with no hesitation and takes her away.
He promises to protect her and that things will be different. Outside the restaurant, the pair look into each other's eyes and Kang Tae Ha accidentally confesses his feelings for the other.
With this, Hong Seong Pyo (Jo Bok Rae) devises a plan and locks the married couple in their room for a steamy night together.

Just when the two almost kiss, Kang Tae Ha's secretary informs him that another company plagiarized Park Yeon Woo's designs for SH Seoul's fashion line.
What Happens At Work?
Things get out of hand when the workers find out about it, saying that Park Yeon Woo ruined the company's anniversary event by being careless. Even the chairman is disappointed.
Determined to earn their trust back, Park Yeon Woo works harder than she did before, and continues to sketch new designs.
Kang Tae Min (Yoo Seon Ho) then shows up to help her out, impressing Park Yeon Woo with his clean lines and sense of style. Even Lee Mi Dam (Kim Yeo Jin) is impressed.
Park Yeon Woo shares that butterflies are her inspiration because they remind her of her past. Later that night, her heart also flutters like a butterfly because of Kang Tae Ha.
He hands over a cute stuffed toy to cheer her up, and celebrate her success in reclaiming her reputation as a fashion designer.
Park Yeon Woo & Kang Tae Ha Exchange Kisses
Sadly, everything gets ruined again when Park Yeon Woo's clothing line has been intentionally sabotaged. The team's ingenuity saves her face.
The salvaged outfit thankfully saves her face, hinting at how the audience loved it. At the end of the catwalk, a beautiful projection of butterflies are shown on television.
Park Yeon Woo's success irritates Min Hye Suk even more. Elsewhere, Kang Tae Ha clutches his chest once again, worrying her over.
At the end of the episode, the married couple discusses their fate and how Kang Tae Ha is the first person to change hers. They then share a sweet kiss on the catwalk together.
