Park Min Young Ends Her Miserable Fate in ‘Marry My Husband’
Before the official release of "Marry My Husband," tvN dropped intriguing teasers featuring Park Min Young's transformation as the revenge-driven wife.
Taking on the role of Kang Ji Won, she lived her life as a dotting wife with terminal illness. However, after a tragic incident, she got another chance in life and chose to have her revenge.
Park Min Young's Double Life in 'Marry My Husband'
The "Marry My Husband" trailer piqued the interest of viewers after Kang Ji Won faced her second phase of life after falling into the abyss due to the betrayal of her best friend Jung Soo Min (Song Ha Yoon).
The new still cuts featured Kang Ji Won in her first life, wearing large glasses with her long hair tied up, suggesting a submissive personality.
It was the time when she discovered that her husband, Park Min Hwan (Lee Yi Kyung), was cheating on her with her best friend.
At the same time, she had to deal with her terminal illness.
However, amid her struggles, she was murdered by a loved one.
The second still cut featured a totally different Kang Ji Won.
As she lives her second life, her only mission is to seek revenge against the person who killed her. She becomes a trailblazer who is set to take charge of her life and let no one drag her down.

Ending her suffering with a completely different fate, she is making the most of her second life by plotting her vengeance.
Kang Ji Won then meets Park Min Hwan with a different personality, making sure that she will not let him walk all over her again but instead destroy him. She winds up seeking revenge along with her boss, Yoo Ji Hyeok (Na In Woo).
'Marry My Husband' Release Date, Cast, and What to Expect
The upcoming series is Park Min Young's first revenge drama and, at the same time, a return to the small screen since the 2022 rom-com "Love in Contract."
Helmed by Park Won Gook of "Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist" and "Special Labor Inspector Jo," "Marry My Husband" is based on the webtoon of the same name.
Headlined by Park Min Young, Lee Yi Kyung, Na In Woo, and Song Ha Yoon, the cast also includes Lee Gi Kwang as one of the main characters, Baek Eun Ho.
He is the handsome chef who sees Kang Ji Won as her first love. His feelings for her date back to when they were still in high school.
However, he unexpectedly meets her again 10 years later and can't help but get swept up by all his old feelings for her.
"Marry, My Husband" will officially hit the small screen on January 1, airing every Monday and Tuesday at 8:50 p.m. KST.
