‘Flex X Cop’ Episode 3: Ahn Bo Hyun Teams Up With Park Ji Hyun on Their First Case
"Flex X Cop" episode 3 showcased Ahn Bo Hyun's determination to solve his first case as he plays as a chaebol's son Jin Yi Soo.
The action-comedy K-drama depicts the story of a man who belongs to a third-generation conglomerate. However, unlike his older brother, Jin Yi Soo lives a more carefree life. His life changes after he gets involved in a complicated case.
Because of a misunderstanding, he officially enters the police force and works alongside detective Lee Kang Hyun, played by Park Ji Hyun.
'Flex X Cop' Viewership
Following a successful first week, "Flex X Cop" Episode 3 had a minimal decrease in viewership. Despite garnering an average nationwide rating of 6.6 percent, the SBS drama series stayed strong.
Airing every Friday and Saturday, Ahn Bo Hyun's new drama is available via Disney+, Wavve, and Hulu for global viewers.
'Flex X Cop' Episode 3 Recap
The episode continued with the new murder case.
The victim is a model who was found dead inside a yacht. Police suspected that she was strangled and hit in the head with a hard object before she passed away.
With Jin Yi Soo joining the team, a conglomerate family found themselves caught up in a controversial case.
The youngest son revealed that he invited the model to his yacht, and after a few drinks, he strangled her due to a disagreement.
The third son said that he left the woman unconscious but that she was still alive at the time.
The second son was investigated after it was found out that he went to the yacht. According to him, this was where he does drugs, but he was also surprised that the woman was there.

Unfortunately, he becomes violent after taking the drugs and must have hit the model with a hard object on his head.
At this point, the police thought that the duo was the culprit behind the murder, but Jin Yi Soo and Detective Lee suspected that there was something bigger.
Being a chaebol himself, he sensed something was off and dug deep into the case. He, along with the detective, figured out that the woman was the illegitimate daughter of the chairman.
The first wife and her son wanted her gone, so they staged her death and made it look as if his two brothers had done it.
At this point, Jin Yi Soo was recognized by Detective Lee as an asset to their team and was different from the other chaebol's son.
With their first murder case closing, Jin Yi Soo had a heartfelt talk with his brother. He thanked him for being nice to him when he joined their family despite having different mothers.
In the last scene, Jin Yi Soo found himself in the middle of a mystery murder.
