‘Doctor Slump’ Episode 4: Is Park Hyung Sik Falling for Former Rival Park Shin Hye?

'Doctor Slump' Episode 4: Hong Ran Reveals Yeo Jung Woo is Nam Ha Neul's First Love
Back in her high school days, at first Nam Ha Neul found studying fun not until she was pressured to push forward, which led to her lost connection to her friends. Now that she has Yeo Jung Woo, she started to fill the emptiness inside her for years.
While having a rest after their beach trip, Jung Woo was shocked to know that his clinic had been sold, and Ha Neul saw the sadness in his face but tried to hide it.
Elsewhere, Wol Sung was worried about her daughter but assured her that she was out with her friend Hong Ran. Only to find out that Nam Ha Neul was with Jung Woo, which surprised her.
Accidentally, Hong Ran called Jung Woo Ha Neul's first love, which shocked everyone. However, she was quick to change the topic to clear the tension. She tells them to stop assuming the worst about him because of his ongoing trial, but Wol Sung can't be at ease and asks Hong Rang to find Ha Neul a blind date to distract her from Jung Woo.
Nam Ha Neul Goes on Blind Date
Hong Ran found Da Young (Yoon Park) to be Ha Neul's date. Meanwhile, Nam Ha Neul asked Jung Woo to join her in shopping, and the guy assumed that she was being shy around him because he was her first love.
The two went out. Jung Woo helped her purchase an outfit that left him mesmerized. She thanked him and told him that she bought the dress for her upcoming date. This shocked the assuming Jung Woo and laughed at himself for being stupid.

Nam Ha Neul then made her way to see Dae Young. The two had an awkward interaction since they were unaware of each other's identity since Hong Ran set them up. This frustrates Ha Neul and shared her experience with Hong Ran.
Yeo Jung Woo Starts to Catch Feelings for Nam Ha Neul
She also visited Jung Woo and shared about her failed blind date, which made him happy.
Later that night, Jung Woo's lawyers assured him that there was hope in his case. Randomly, Ha Neul appeared and invited him for a drink. The two got drunk again and comforted each other. She shared all the things that happened to her that day, and Jung Woo suggested that she get a new job so she can start something new in her life.
He grabbed a bottle of whiskey and an umbrella as it began to rain. The two sat under the umbrella with their glasses, Ha Neul fell asleep again on Jung Woo and he was unable to stop himself from falling for her.
The next day, Ha Neul received an interview invitation to a remote hospital and asked Jung Woo for advice. She excitedly went to the interview but was disappointed as things did not go as planned
Jung Woo, who knew what happened, immediately went to Ha Neul to console her.
