‘Doctor Slump’ Episode 14: Does Park Shin Hye Successfully Get Back to Work?

After the tragedy, Nam Ha Neul (Park Shin Hye) tried to fix her life again by attempting to get back to work in "Doctor Slump" episode 14.

'Doctor Slump' Episode 14: Nam Ha Neul & Yeo Jeong Woo Start to Have New Life

The episode started with the news about the medical scandal after Min Kyung Min's passing. It was revealed that he provided drugs to a gang from abroad in return for shares. 

Meanwhile, as Ha Neul's family recovered from her accident, she received a job offer at the university where she previously worked.

Elsewhere, even though the case was closed, Jeong Woo went to the nurse Kyung Min bribed to drug the patient. There he found out another sad truth about Kyung Min's selfishness. After Kyung Min's passing, Yeo Jeong Woo was having a hard time coping with his emotions towards his late senior and former friend.

The next day, Ha Neul's family went on a trip to Busan and Jeong Woo joined them. He didn't want to stay at home during the weekend and confront his parents about their unfair treatment of Kyung Min. The family embarked on a chaotic and spontaneous trip.

Bin Dae Young and Lee Hong Ran on the other hand spent time together with Dae Young's son.

Back in Busan, the family paid a visit to Ha Neul's late father. Even though Jeong Woo let the family go ahead, he looked after them and created more memories together. At night they had a heartwarming conversation, remembering the happy moments of Ha Neul's late father.

Wol Seon joined Jeong Woo in eating ice cream. The young man broke down over his relationship with Kyung Min. He recalled how his senior was the only one to attend his graduation. Amid Jeong Woo's strained relationship with his parents, Kyung Min was his only support. 

Unfortunately, Kyung Min's actions towards Jeong Woo and Ha Neul made their relationship bitter. Wol Seon advised him to give it time and forgive Kyung Min for his peace. 

Nam Ha Neul Returns to Work as Assistant Professor

Elsewhere, Bin Dae Young and Lee Hong Ran expressed their affection for each other at dinner. Nam Ha Neul started her job as an assistant professor. 

With Yeo Jeong Woo and her family's support, she began to tend to patients and teach classes. But her busy schedule left little time for her to meet Jeong Woo, leaving him upset. 

At the end of the broadcast, Yeo Jeong Woo received a big settlement for his case. He chose to spend the money spreading good deeds for him and Ha Neul. Apart from asking him to accompany him on his funded operation, he also brought a ring for Nam Ha Neul.
