Dispatch Release Photos of Han So Hee, Ryu Jun Yeol's Hawaii Vacation
In the latest update regarding the controversial romance, Dispatch dropped photos of the couple during their vacation in Hawaii. In an exclusive report, the outlet revealed that they immediately flew to Hawaii after the dating rumors circulated; henc, the photos of Han So Hee and Ryu Jun Yeol strolling.
However, instead of the usual romantic getaway, the photos didn't seem like it was a date.
The "My Name" star would often look at her phone while Ryu Jun Yeol would walk behind the actress or be at the table eating without having a conversation with Han So Hee.
Netizens Support Hyeri Amid the Controversial Dating News
Interestingly, the comments' section was filled with reactions supporting Hyeri.

While others were vocal that they were "Team Hyeri," some were thankful that the incident saved the actress from the "bad guy" in the story, referring to her ex-boyfriend.

As for some, they criticized Han So Hee and Ryu Jun Yeol and labeled them as the "worst couple of the year."
Hyeri and Ryu Jun Yeol met on the set of "Reply 1988." Their romance became public in 2017, stating they "progressed from being friends to a couple."

In the same month, Ryu Jun Yeol launched his photo exhibit, attended by some celebrities, including Han So Hee.
On March 15, 2024, news sparked that the "Nevertheless" star and Ryu Jun Yeol were spotted together in Hawaii. Following this, their agencies released a statement in response to the dating speculations.
Ryu Jun Yeol's agency, C-JeS Studios, first responded and confirmed that the actor was in Hawaii for a photoshoot. As for the dating news, the label sought "respect" from fans and media since it was the "actor's personal vacation."
Shortly after, Han So Hee's agency, 9ato Entertainment, denied the rumors, saying that the actress and the "Lost" star "are not dating" and clarified that she went to Hawaii with close friends.
But the tea got hotter after Hyeri posted a cryptic Instagram Story of a sky, with the caption: "This is funny."

Meanwhile, Han So Hee's Instagram post seemed to aim at Hyeri after sharing a photo of a dog with a knife with an explanation that she doesn't take an interest in someone with a significant other.
As for the alleged reply to Hyeri, she wrote: "I also find this funny."
Following the SNS-related incident, Han So Hee confirmed her relationship with Ryu Jun Yeol through her blog and expressed her apology to Hyeri over the Instagram incident.
"I sincerely apologize to you all for not reacting wisely. Because I acted based on my emotions rather than rational thinking, I acknowledge that this is completely my fault, regardless of my reasons."
